Bolle Bianche Vino Bianco Frizzante
From the winery Ca Ragni, located at the hills of San Clemente, Emilia- Romagna, close to the Adriatic Sea and right next to Tuscany in Italy. This wine is under the Colli di Rimini DOC (Controlled Denomination of Origin Rimini Hills). It’s not usual to find a Sparkling wine from this area, a Frizzante as it's called in this Region, and it’s refreshing to see some wineries are interested in keep this style.
This wine is made with a Blend of Bombino Bianco Grape and Grecheto (greh-ketto) grapes, combining two floral styles that blend well with each other. The result is a lovely and delicate sparkling wine with a nice colour that reminds you an Italian sunset, a bit sweet and with long durable bubbles.
