From the winery Ca Ragni, located at the hills of San Clemente, Emilia- Romagna, close to the Adriatic Sea and right next to Tuscany in Italy. This wine is under the Colli di Rimini DOC (Controlled Denomination of Origin Rimini Hills), established in 1996 to protect the winemaking traditions in this area.
This wine is made using 100% Grecheto (greh-ketto) Gentile grapes, that is a very well-known grape from northern Italy that creates full bodied white wines that, if you close your eyes and only use your nose, it will remind you of a Rosé!
In your nose is look for white peach and wild floral aromas, very fresh, very spring-ish style. In your mouth it presents a well structures white wine with a medium-high acidity, perfect to pair with Tuna and other steak-like seafarers.
